What we do
10 services. Each page covers who it is for, what we do in sessions, prices, reviews and videos.
Behavior and skillsABA therapy
ABA is not just about behavior: first and foremost, we teach skills. It is an evidence-based teaching method built on motivation and reinforcement that takes the child's own interests into account.
- ask using words, gestures or picture cards, say no, call for help, get attention
- name objects and actions, answer questions, build phrases
- reason from a verbal description: for example, solve a riddle from clues
SpeechSpeech therapist and special educator
A speech therapist works on much more than sounds: understanding speech, vocabulary, phrases, grammar, connected speech, speech breathing and getting speech started. It is better to come early rather than wait until the difficulties become obvious.
- we develop speech comprehension and vocabulary, and teach the child to build phrases and tell a story coherently
- we work on grammar: correct word forms and agreement
- we get speech started, establish sounds and reinforce them first in words and sentences, then in spontaneous speech
SpeechStarting speech and sound correction
Speech onset sessions are for children who are just beginning to talk or whose speech is developing with difficulty. Sound correction is for children who need to fix their pronunciation so their speech becomes clear.
- we teach the child to ask with a gesture, a sound, a word and, if needed, a PECS card
- we build communication from several supports: gesture, looking toward the adult, word
- we develop auditory attention, imitation and a sense of rhythm, for example on a light-and-sound panel
MovementAdaptive PE
We develop motor skills and coordination, strengthen muscles and correct posture. We tailor the program to each child: their condition, abilities and goals.
- we develop motor skills and coordination
- we strengthen muscles and work on strength and endurance
- we correct posture
MovementSensory integration
We help children calm down and handle sensations more easily. Everything is done through play, so the child engages more easily.
- we work with a ball: catching, rolling, throwing. This helps the child feel their body better, learn to adjust their strength, keep balance and follow hand movements with their eyes
- we play sensory-social games: they develop joint attention, waiting for a turn, asking, responding to their name
- we help the child calm down and handle sensations more easily
MovementNeurogymnastics
Exercises that connect the two hemispheres of the brain, for children who find learning hard. When the left and right hemispheres work well together, it is easier for the child to process information and learn.
- we do exercises that connect the hemispheres: movements that require coordinating both sides of the body
- we train attention and coordination through movement
- we develop fine motor skills
Life skillsIndependence training
We teach everyday skills and reduce fears step by step, without pressure. The goal of the training is for the skill to work in everyday life, not just in the therapy room.
- Toilet training: we teach the child to use the toilet in a way that is calm and clear for them.
- Haircuts: we gradually get used to the procedure, reduce anxiety and go through the steps together with the parents.
- Household appliances: we introduce the appliances and teach the child to use them safely. We use desensitization: approaching the frightening object in small steps until the fear goes away.
GroupsGroup sessions
We teach children to learn in a group: respond to an instruction given to everyone, wait for their turn, work together with the others and interact with peers. Day-stay group: a small group for 2 hours, more attention for each child and time with peers.
- we teach children to respond to an instruction the adult gives to the whole group
- to answer in unison with the other children
- to respond to their name and come up to the board in turn, raise their hand, say "I found it!", wait for permission
Little ones from 1.5 yearsMom and Baby
A course for little ones from 1.5 years and their parents, based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). It is suitable not only for families who already see difficulties, but also for those who want to support early development and prevent speech problems in good time.
- joint attention, when the child and the adult look at the same thing
- responding to their name
- asking for things and waiting for their turn in play
AssessmentAssessment
We assess the child's skills and attention using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R and MOXO, so that we build the program around the child's real abilities rather than a template, and can then see what changes.
- VB-MAPP. An assessment of the child's skills based on verbal behavior analysis and developmental milestones. Based on the results, we create an individual work plan.
- ABLLS-R. Assesses 544 skills across 25 areas: cooperation, visual performance, requests, conversation, generalization of skills and others. It helps identify missing language and learning skills, create an individual program and then track progress. Conducted by an ABA specialist.
- MOXO. A computer-based test of attention and self-control. The child completes tasks on a computer while being distracted by sounds and movement, which shows how they respond in conditions close to real life.
