Who it is for
- children who find learning hard: difficulties with writing, speaking, memorizing, counting or taking in learning material
One possible reason is that the right and left hemispheres of the brain do not yet work well together.
What we do in sessions
- we do exercises that connect the hemispheres: movements that require coordinating both sides of the body
- we train attention and coordination through movement
- we develop fine motor skills
What a session looks like and the role of parents
These exercises work when done regularly. Specialists recommend doing them every day for at least 5–10 minutes, so part of the exercises continues at home.

FAQ
What is interhemispheric interaction?
It is the left and right hemispheres working together. When it works well, it is easier for the child to process information and learn.
How often should we practice?
Ideally every day, for at least 5–10 minutes.
Does a child without obvious difficulties need this?
This kind of "brain gymnastics" is useful for children and adults, even when everything is fine.
