Who it is for
- before starting sessions, to understand which skills are already there and what is missing
- to track progress during our work
- children with autism and other developmental differences (ABLLS-R is recommended for children under 8)
- if ADHD is suspected and parents and teachers have concerns about attention and self-control (MOXO)
What we do in sessions
- VB-MAPP. An assessment of the child's skills based on verbal behavior analysis and developmental milestones. Based on the results, we create an individual work plan.
- ABLLS-R. Assesses 544 skills across 25 areas: cooperation, visual performance, requests, conversation, generalization of skills and others. It helps identify missing language and learning skills, create an individual program and then track progress. Conducted by an ABA specialist.
- MOXO. A computer-based test of attention and self-control. The child completes tasks on a computer while being distracted by sounds and movement, which shows how they respond in conditions close to real life.
What a session looks like and the role of parents
An assessment is not an exam and does not necessarily mean sitting at a table for a long time. The specialist learns a lot by watching the child play: which skills are already there and what the child is about to master. We make the environment comfortable, taking sensory needs into account. Parents describe how the child behaves in different situations, and this information is part of the assessment.

FAQ
Does MOXO diagnose ADHD?
No. It is a supporting tool and does not replace a consultation with a doctor. Only a psychiatrist can make a diagnosis.
How long does ABLLS-R take?
10–12 hours on average.
How often should the assessment be repeated?
For ABLLS-R, reassessment is done every 6–12 months to see progress.
Will my child have to sit at a table the whole time?
No. The specialist assesses a large share of skills by watching the child play.
Why test when we could start sessions right away?
To build the program around the child's real abilities rather than a template, and then be able to see what changes.
